How it all began.

A Collaborative, Student-Centered Educational Program

Since 2010, Insight has proudly partnered with School District No. 73 to provide a supportive educational option for students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 who experience social-emotional regulation challenges and diverse learning needs.

This relationship-focused program is built around each student's strengths, interests, and unique learning profile. With a multidisciplinary team of qualified teachers and specialists, we create customized learning plans that align with the BC Ministry of Education curriculum—offering multiple, engaging pathways for students to demonstrate their learning.

Our flexible, low student-to-adult ratio environment fosters:

  • Increased school attendance

  • Reduced anxiety

  • A strong sense of belonging, safety, and emotional security

  • Academic success and personal growth

Students thrive in a space where they feel understood and supported, and leave our program not only as confident learners but as resilient, emotionally secure individuals—ready to embrace lifelong learning and contribute meaningfully to their communities.

Insight Education Program acknowledges that we are situated on the traditional and unceded lands of the Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc within Secwépemc’ulucw, the traditional territory of the Secwépemc people. We recognize that this territory has always been a place of teaching, learning and research, and we continue these traditions. We acknowledge the Secwepemc people who have been here for thousands of years. We acknowledge the many Indigenous Peoples from across this land.
